The law firm TORRADO ANGARITA & PINZÓN Abogados was founded in the year 2000 as a result of the partnership of Juan Pablo Pinzón to “Torrado Angarita Abogados”, a law firm which had been operating since 1993 under the direction of Jorge Torrado Angarita. Our law firm is highly specialized in Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities Law and Capital Markets, Corporate Law, Corporate Restructuring and Strategic Alliances, and Financial Law.
Our firm’s philosophy is one of specialization, given the need to offer our clients the highest standards of quality and productivity in our services and, in turn, defines the style of law firm we seek to maintain.
