The firm has counseled important foreign financial entities in the whole acquisition process of Colombian financial entities, from the negotiation strategy, the legal structuring of the acquisition and the obtaining of permissions and authorizations from the corresponding authorities, to the final acquisition of the stock. We have also participated as legal advisors for local financial entities in their expansion process through acquisitions of and mergers with other Colombian financial entities.
