The firm has participated in important transactions that have taken place through the Colombian stock exchanges by different mechanisms such as Tender Offers (the local OPA), Exchange Offers (the local OPI), Auctions to Sell (the local Martillo), sales and/or take-overs of companies in the country. In addition, the firm is in the vanguard of the structuring and design of new securities and financial products as well as mechanisms to carry out transactions in the stock exchanges.
We have advised several clients in the issuance of securities as a financing vehicle, securitizations, structuring procedures, issuance and placement of securities in Colombia and abroad, creation of new products that have the capability of being registered and negotiated in the stock exchange market.
