Our firm has been part on several of the most exceptional corporate restructuring in Colombia, including some of the most important business groups in the country. In such matters, we have advised the design of the reorganization scheme as well as the legal structuring required for it.
The firm has also participated in some of the most outstanding strategic alliances carried out in the last few years, advising mainly Colombian clients who want to associate with multinationals. We have participated broadly in planning the negotiation strategy of alliances (the different agreements to be executed, the warranties and rights that each of the parties should have), as well as the legal scheme required to carry out these alliances, through shareholder agreements, pooling agreements, call and put options, etc.
